Architected and built the Trendupp codebase from scratch using Clean Architecture, Feature-Driven Design, the Repository Pattern, test-driven development, and Riverpod, with GoRouter-based navigation and deep linking, Firebase Analytics for engagement tracking, automated Codemagic CI/CD pipelines across dev, staging, and production, and Shorebird OTA updates for rapid iteration.
Cut release turnaround time by roughly 50% through automated CI/CD and OTA updates, while establishing a scalable, test-driven codebase and engineering standards the wider team built on.
